Exane® ZH TD-009196 is designed to operate on train cars, LRV, and people mover applications. It employs a rugged thermoset low smoke halogen-free jacket compound. The thermoset jacket provides superior resistance to abrasion, fire, and moisture. The cable complies with train cars specifications such as NFPA 130, ICEA S-19-81, ASTM E662, BSS 7239 and parts of RP-585.

• Passes UL 1685 flame test with IEEE 1202/FT4 Flame Method and smoke measurement.
• Passes the flame test requirement of 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 238 Appendix B, in accordance with NEMA WC3/ICEA S-19-81, paragraph 6.19.6.
• Passes the smoke test requirement of 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 238, Appendix B, in accordance with ASTM E662-97.
• Passes Toxicity Test requirements when tested in accordance with Boeing Specification Support Standard (BSS) 7239.
• ROHS and Reach compliant
